I brought my Galaxy S24 Ultra to uBreakiFix to have the front screen repaired. That night when I tried to take photos, I noticed that there was a full finger print under the glass that was blocking 2 of the cameras on the back of the phone. I called the next morning right when they opened and they said to bring it in so they could look. They opened the phone again and said that it wasnt just finger prints under the glass but that the ultra wide camera was actually broken. They said they would replace under repair warranty and ordered a new camera. This time, when they closed up the phone, there was dust and debris left inside that was blocking the other cameras so none of the pictures were coming out with good quality. They told me to bring it back so they could open it again to see. The manager confirmed it was just fuzz under the glass and that only the one camera was broken but his attitude was so bad at this point that I was literally dreading going back in. Trip #4 for this issue was to have the camera replacement installed and again, it was done quickly and the *** even brought out the glass so I could confirm it was clean prior to being re-installed which was super. It looked great, he put it back on, came back out, and handed me the phone. I immediately noticed a crack across the middle of the front screen (which had just been replaced 4 days earlier) and manager agreed to fix the front panel again. When I got home, I was taking pictures and yet AGAIN, there is a smudge or dust on the inside of the ***** facing camera that totally render this camera useless now. I called the store immediately and the *** said at this point I have to just refer you to the manager, he told me he would be in the next day and hung up on me. I will not be seeking further repair from uBreakiFix but instead want the phone replaced because they have caused too much damage, internal dust, and the cameras are not the quality they were when I brought it to them initially.
