My husband and I decided to build a new construction in River Oaks Palm City with Showcase. ********* and ****** were nice in the beginning but as time went on and issues came up, their attitudes drastically changed. They became a nightmare and headache to deal with. **** is so arrogant and barely gives you the time of day.Just to mention a few issues, they installed the wrong shower tile in our master bath and guest bath; ********* said we would discuss it after closing to avoid delays in our home building. After closing (and after payday for them) the discussion was that we could hire the subcontractor ourselves to get it fixed if we wanted The wrong countertops (not approved by us) were installed throughout the house, they built the wrong dimensions on a custom insert, they installed the wrong front door We understand that issues come ** in the home building process but how they dealt with it was extremely unprofessional and we are the ones who literally have to live with their mistakes.On our walkthrough my husband mentioned to ****** our internet box was not installed correctly which would be a major problem since he works from home and we dont have cell reception under the metal roof in this area. She assured us it was installed correctly and not to worry the day after we closed and ******* arrived on site, it was confirmed that internet was not available for our address. We called ****** and her response was its not her problem, we need to deal with *******/ the HOA to get it resolved. We did not have internet or cell reception for over a month in our own home.Not surprisingly, trying to get warranty work/repairs with them was like pulling teeth and they flat out refused to fix a few things in the end. This entire process was very frustrating. We even told them several times we did not appreciate the customer service/not my problem attitudes they were giving us and nobody cared at all.All of our neighbors in the development feel the same way
