I made a mobile app purchase (posted on my bank stmnt on 2/7). Drive thru line was exceptionally long so I opted to go in the store to pick up order. I indicated on app that I was in the store but my order never posted on their board. Staff were focused on taking care of drive thru customers so it took a few minutes to flag someone and ask why my purchased order was not showing on their board. She said if its not on the board then it didn't process. I checked my bank stmnt several days later and the purchase that was pending had posted. I immediately called the store but no one answered the phone. I called the corporate customer care # and gave all my info. I was told someone from the store would contact me. No one ever did. I called customer care 3 more times and still have yet to hear from this store. At one of my visits, I asked to see the mgr and was told she left. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on a refund and to be contacted by McDonalds.
