I called several companies to get bids on having gutters installed. Josh, one of the owners, came out to do the estimate for SureFit Gutters. I told him I wanted gutters all the way around my house. My house is small ()1100-1200 sq. ft.) plus I also had a shed that needed them too. Total bid was $2600. SureFit was higher but I chose them hoping for quality and integrity. Once I had saved the required money I called and scheduled installation. On April 15th they came and installed gutters. After they left I noticed they had missed doing a section of my roof. I called to tell them and at first was told they would rectify the issue but couldn't come back for a week or so. I said ok that would be fine. In a week I had not received a call so I contacted them to find out if they knew when they could finish. The first response I got was Josh said it was a small area and it wouldn't matter. I said I asked for gutters all the way around. That area hits my bedroom window and is causing rot. I also have plans to put a raised garden there. Then they said there was no place to put a downspout. I said that is not true. It is exactly like the other side of the house where they put a downspout. Next they text and tell me that Josh drew the diagram of my house incorrectly and I would have to pay $200 more for them to come out and put in the 6' of gutter. Although he doesn't have alcove on diagram, he does show it coming all the way to the front of my house like it should be. They did not respond when I told them I did not think that was fair. I based my choice and savings on a specific bid. I cannot go back and pick another company now. His diagram is confusing but I don't think it is up to me to figure out how he does his bids.Business response

I do apologize for the miscommunication. Having it written out clarifies the miscommunication I had been given.
