  This is a con artist more than it is representation. They offer two payment options being hourly or a fee of a flat rate per month and then fool you into going into the one that benefits them while having you sign that you agreed with the decision. They chose the flat rate for me like they were going to be working a major amount of hours on my case and the hourly would break me. In two years they maybe did a few hours of work that I could have done myself. They have dragged this out to benefit them. It was $400 an hour or $600 a month after the initial $3600 retainer. I still haven’t even been to court when I finally realized they were dragging this out over two years and $14,500 later. I decided to end the relationship with my attorney and requested accounting of where all my money has gone. I didn’t want to keep paying them $600 a month when I’ve paid numerous months when we were not even yet involved with the court or nothing happened at all that month. They threaten to withdraw as counsel no matter how much you’ve spent if you’re at all late with a payment. I have not heard anything about where my money has gone. They are holding my $14,500 without any explanation to what the money has gone towards. I have this all documented and also any work I know of that they have done and will be opening an investigation into where my money has gone. They stole from me as of right now. Like everybody else I work hard for my money and do not want to give $14500 dollars away with no explanation. $14500 is a very unreasonable amount for the amount of work this office has actually done and I can’t even believe they wanted more or threatened to withdraw from my case. This law firm is incompetent and beyond pathetic. They are criminals and thieves disguised as attorneys. I will see to it no matter what it takes or how long it takes that I am given a refund of my money that was not used and I will report to the Florida bar and every newspaper about this law office

  This law firm is a scam and literally takes clients money without actually representing their clients. They do not return phone calls or emails and just bill you each month for their poor services or lack thereof. There have been many similar complaints on Facebook and other reviews about this law firm running a scam. They just file documents while acting like they are actually representing you. It’s is heinous when going through a divorce with children involved and are suffering sue to their lack of representation. Honestly they should be disbarred for not representing their clients properly!
