I paid for two specific $500 palm trees that were marked as sold to ME, she gave my landscaper two smaller, inferior $400 trees that I did not choose or pay for and she has not even refunded me $200 difference as promised. They have effectively STOLEN $200 from me, in addition, now I have 2 inferior trees planted in my yard that I have paid to have installed. She did offer that she would swap the trees out if I paid my landscaper (again) to dig them up and bring them back, which they should have offered to do, given it was their mistake. I would discourage ANYONE from doing business with this company.

Purchased two queen palms on 5/02/2022 for the amount of $ 500.00 dollars we a new guy that just started with our company
Lisa sent her landscaper to p/u palms our did in fact pull the wrong trees. when this brought To. my attention I tried to talk with customer
she was yelling in cursing was very hard to further the conversation

so I mailed a check in the amount of $200.00 via certified I have documents with proof that Lisa ***** signed for the check
her landscaper did not dig up no palm trees that was incorrect I ask **** to have her landscaper to bring them back she said NO
because she did not want to pay twice m I offered a refund all she would do is yell I had her speaker phone with two great characters
has a witness I am sorry that the happened but I feel I did the right thing I have proof andI would link upload the documents so the public can see I did do the right thing copy of the check copy of **** ***** signature where she accepted the certified letter with refund and when she was on speaker phone along with letter with explanation with again refund letter And Mrs. ***** knows she received a refund

I feel Our Company did the right thing to accommodate Mrs. ***** June 5th 2022
