We hired this company to do a job. The job was rained out on March 11, 22. Mr. ******* claimed we still owed him for the job. In reality, I was confused due to a neurological disability I have (that he knew about) and he knowingly got paid for work he had not finished. My husband pointed out that he in fact did not finish what was agreed upon for $1500, He claimed he would come back on March 13, 22 to finish. Through phone calls, the sum of $500 was agreed to. Since March, 24 text messages have been sent and ignored, countless phone calls. Mr. ******* has set at least 5 appointments to come and finish the work, he has never shown up. He has given us excuses such as hurt knee, unable to secure equipment, and heat exhaustion. Regarding reimbursement, Mr. ******* has claimed he would pay us back on at least 4 separate occasions and has not done so. We are both disabled veterans living on disability incomes. Mr. ******* knows this, I suspect he targets the elderly and disabled. We have asked for him to finish the job or pay us what he owes us. At this point, we would like the billing adjustment and our refund. If that is not possible, we propose the following work to be completed NLT 14 days after notification. The problem is the majority of the original project from March has already been completed Trim 2 small palm trees. Cut down, and remove 2 small trees. Cut down and remove three skinny dead trees. Remove remaining debris from original job in March. Thank you. Jeff and Lara ********

They sent me 1500 for the job and I sent back 500 due to her stopping the job we talked an agreed upon. We agreed to the whole job would be $3,000 I got halfway done and she said that that was only phase phase one I'm not ready for phase 2 but when I went to bid the job she wanted to know an overall price and then when I could start she only told me about the two different phases when it was time to pay but it clearly shows I paid her back
