      I ordered a jacket from this company on March 28, 2024 and received a tracking number on ***** 4,2024, but the item never actually shipped. Today is ***** 23,2024 and the item still says label created. The company has not responded to any of my emails nor issued me a refund.

      I placed an order 11/29/2023 or 11/30/2023 and paid $21 for express shipping for my son in *********. Ive contacted the company at least 5 times with no response. The order has been showing tracking label created for over a week. Im desperately seeking assistance in receiving the items I paid for or a full refund for SKY ***** ***** FLARE SET Quantity: 1.0 Subtotal: $84.99 Shipping: $21.82 Total: $106.81

      I tried to submit a claim with *** and to my surprise; theres no record of *** having the order. At this point I would like a complete refund.

      The order was finally received and I still havent heard anything from the business. Is there anything else I need to do to ensure other consumers dont experience the same issue?

      I placed an order on 12/1/23. I have reached out to this business multiple times with no response via email, social media etc. I wrote them an email on 12/16/23 no response. They sent me a fake email saying my stuff was shipped on 12/5, however the email was fake and nothing has been shipped out. I want my money back

      I made a purchase with this company on 1/6/2023 in the amount of ****** for a varsity jacket they were advertising to be on sale for the winter. I have still to this day not been updated as to when i will receive my order, instead, I have been receiving generic emails from the company acknowledging my email. They initially told me I would receive the order within 2-4 weeks, which grew to 4-8 weeks and there has been no update since. I have a long paper trail of the emails showing my frustration with the way they have been handling this issues. There is still no update on my order, the tracking number has not been updated since February. After looking on the company's social medias, I noticed that I am not the only one this issue has happened to. Plenty of comments across ******** and Instagram show that some people have been waiting for orders as far back as December 2022. Something needs to be done about this as this is scam activity. The owner of the company has recently purchased a home in *******, **, leading me to think that all of their customers have been scammed so that they could make this luxurious purchase. I don't even want the product anymore due to the troubles I've gone through to get a simple explanation. I have been offered store credit, but with no instructions on how to get or use it. I would like my funds back, but of course they do not issue refunds and this shows as to why. This company needs to be investigated asap.

      I purchased a jacket from this company on January 8, 2023 and after 6 months i still have not received a product or my refund. Ive reached out to the company multiple times and the company refuse to give me my money back or ship the product. I was told my order would ship the week of May 1, 2023 and the order did not ship. I never received a tracking number or the product.

      I ordered from them January 20th the amount I paid is $268.31. Ive been contacting them since February about my order I received the pants but not the blaze varsity I ordered. They keep telling me its on the way and informed me about their policy but it now may 6th and I have yet to receive this item. I asked for a refund but its a no refund policy. They are not trying to refund me just keep saying this item is on the way. In February what made me contact them is that they had a flash sale and same day shipping sale in their website. So it made me wonder why I havent received my items since they are now doing same day shipping. I need your help getting my money back please because from the looks of it I will never receive this item.Also I would like to add that since I couldnt find an address for them I put my own in order to do the complaint all I have is their website link and Instagram name.
