      May 12,2022 White Sands Service my Generac Generator. I have a Service Agreement - Generator Service, the Unit is on a October Preventative Maintenance - April Oil Change / Service / Tune Up Rotation Stated on White Sand Invoice # 33393-2. I Paid $290.00 for this Agreement, (01/18/2022 , $100.00 ), ( 02/17/2022, $90.00 ), ( 02/28/2022 , $100.00 ) TOTAL $290.00--- Balance Due $0.00. On October 21,2022 4:00PM, I Evelyn ******* called White Sands about orange and green light on Generator A Female stated it was not time for service she would call me back, she did not. At 4:45 PM, I called back Office was closed. October 24,2022 2:40 PM I called White Sand Electric left a message for Ms. Tina there were no return call to me. 2:54 PM I called backed no name offered by the person that answered. she stated she would pass information to Tina, said she didn't find any information in my Name or Address. No One called backed again. October 25,2022 10:50 AM , I called White Sands Electric ,left a message for Ms. Tina about Generator Service. November 16, 2022, 11:16 AM, I called White Sand Electric, left message About Service Agreement Paid For And Service Due October 2022. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK ONCE AGAIN. November 17,2022 I called Again talked to Ms. Alishia, she stated the Owner was in the Office at that time she would talk to the Owner and call me back. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. December 12,2022 10:47 AM I haven't received any call back about Service On My Generator. I'm Requesting Remaining Half Of My Money Back $145.00. I had to Pay Another Company to Service My Generator. White Sands Electric never Responded

      there are two sides to every story but i chose not to elaborate

      i will gladly refund the full amount of the service agreement not half as requested but the full amount

      it will go out the last week of December

      employee came to check breaker in fuse box that won't come on. Switched it an couple others off, they all come on. Asked what I owe, He said NO CHARGE ! Week later get bill for $125.. For what? Was told he was in my area already.

      Our company policy is that if you dont think you should pay a bill we send or if your unsatisfied for some reason you can call and we will zero out the bill and it goes away
      Mr ****** did not call us nor will he answer my calls
      I have left him a voice mail telling him the bill will be voided
      To be clear though no one told Mr ****** there would be "no charge"
      I spoke with the licensed journeyman electrician that did the work and he certainly didnt tell anyone that there would be "no charge"
      He worked very hard to get his license and rightfully expects to be compensated
      We were on site for 21 minutes and with travel time one way it meets our 1 hour minimum charge of $125
      It might be helpful to keep in mind that a service truck costs between $75,000 and $120,000 with full insurance and fuel with 2 employees in the vehicle that enjoy workman's comp, health insurance, retirement, paid vacations and holidays etc.. and all that under a 5 million dollar general liability insurance policy so a minimum charge is necessitated any time we arrive on site
      In the end we were able to "fix" the issue that Mr ****** was unable to to do himself and he will not be charged so i believe he will be satisfied with the end result

      just received response today,10/5/22. They said no charge. Also did NOT receive any calls.
