We had two grills installed May 2023. The installation was performed with Aplus service. My husband enjoys cooking outside more because he enjoys using both grills. In ending August/September 2023 they returned to install our beautiful, crafted electric fireplace. The installation was perfect and all wires concealed. Our friends and family visiting from up north enjoyed their Thanksgiving and Christmas season visits. We all felt like we were back up North listening to the fire cracking. The choice of been able to change colors and fire highlights is so beautiful. I need to find another outdoor project to use their services again. All staff and personal are very professional

They came 05/22/23 to clean natural gas logs. Pilot relit, remote was cleaned & battery replaced. Work was completed in timely manner. Would use again!Review from Jerry S

This company scheduled a paid service appointment with us only to call and cancel weeks later and deny service for (direct quote from their google response): "We have decided to make a conscientious decision NOT TO SERVE customers that think that lying about facts and events is OK. NOT TO SERVE customers who lie, and yell at our valuable team members just because they can't get what they want or hold us accountable for what their other contractor does not understand. It's simple and easy to just not do business and I would think you would appreciate that." With respect to this situation, no lies (or conversations since scheduling the appointment for that matter) occurred. I do not believe this is how a company should treat its customers. We have a defective fireplace, and the company that manufactures the part not working has warranty terms that state: How To Get Service To make a claim under this warranty, please have your receipt available and contact your installing dealer. Provide the dealer with the model number, serial number, type of gas, and purchase verification. The installing dealer is responsible for providing service and will contact the factory to initiate any warranted parts replacements.....(truncated due to personal contact information). We followed protocol. We contacted the installing dealer responsible, as stated in the warranty terms, for providing service, and we were denied service.Review from Donna T
