    I have been a customer with AllSeason’s Network since 1982. I have never had a problem with them until last year when I needed a replacement A/C. It took them 3 months to finally install it. This was last June,July,and August. I bought 3 window units while waiting. My electric bill was over the top! When the guys finally came I told them that I didn’t want my irrigation pump moved not once but multiple times. Every time I went outside to check on them I repeated my statement telling them not to do anything with the pump. I thought they understood however when I went outside when they were finally finished my pump was disconnected from the well and the electrical supply that ran the pump was now attached to the a/c unit. I contacted the office numerous times. They would send someone out that had no knowledge of what to do with the issue. I let this go because I didn’t need the water for the yard during the fall and winter. This spring came and I began my calls again getting no response. I started leaving messages on their website so I could document what they weren’t doing. In May the owner, Mike Sarra came out to try to fix this problem. It’s now the middle of August and still I don’t have the issue taken care of. I have emailed them twice a week stating the issue and receiving a response Saying they would return my calls as soon as possible. They never have. This week I was going to send my usual emails however that was no longer available. I get an error message. I have been way more patient with them. My yard is drying up and even the weeds died. My peach tree that had peaches this spring is now dead along with my azaleas, ferns and roses. I can’t afford a water bill as high as it was last summer. Why can’t they send an electrician and plumber out to reattach my pump to the well and install another electrical outlet for the pump. If you need more information or documentation I can email you those. They have been at least twice a week for almost 7 weeks.
