CPR Roofing repaired our roof about two years ago with a five-year warrant. This year we had some heavy rain and wind which caused our roof to leak uncontrollably at night. When my husband and I awoke that morning we were faced with a room that had been soaked and everything in that room was soaked. So, we called our insurance company and they came to assess the damage we were informed that the roof on the back side of the house looked like it had not even been repaired. We reached out to CPR Roofing and they sent someone who works who knew to come to my home and put glue on the damaged spots that our insurance company said needed to be repaired. However, just trying to get this company to return calls is unbelievable and if you go to the company there is never anyone there, This has been a bad experience for me and I want others to be aware of this company because they will tell you everything you wants to hear to get you to hire them and once you have locked in with them you are on you own because you are not going to get any help from them. What everyone needs to know about this company is that you need to be aware of them before you hire them. Please find out all you can about this company, pleaseBusiness response

We met with Mr *****, on Monday June 3rd. Since this job was done a few years ago we needed to look into it. We said we needed a few days. So here we are. We plan to contact them by the end of the week with a resolution.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: We are still waiting for someone to come back out and talk to us about the Roof. Yes, someone called and spoke to me, and I was informed that they would give my husband a call on Monday to set up a time to come out, and the only reason I am rejecting this is because I want my roof fixed, that should have been done the first time when they came out and were supposedly have done the whole house, but they did not. Once this work is complete, I will be more thank glad to close this case with no problems, but until I would like to keep it open.

We Re roofed the area that should have been done on the back. It was about 2 squares. Completed about 2 weeks ago. This should have completed the issue. Is there something we are missing?Initial Complaint

I was sold a fortified roof for my home at **** *** ***** ***** Semmes,Al . My roof was replaced on Thanksgiving day of 2022. I’ve tried since that time to get the required certificate for my roof and as of 6/2/23 still no paperwork on my roof. I’ve spoken to Alan numerous times only to be told at time of our last conversation on or around 5-19-23 that Certified Pro roofing wasn’t set up to install Fortified roofs in the state of Alabama. Alan told me to email James “the owner” which I have several times and gotten no response. At this point I’ve paid 12,500 dollars for a roof I don’t even know if my insurance will cover. I’ve called and emailed them but haven’t received a reply. Please help!!
