Very cautious with West Bay Energy, especially the salesperson ******. He knocked on my door wearing a Sunnova cap, offering an upgrade to my current solar system. At the time, my monthly energy costs were around $150$180 (Duke + $58 Sunnova).According to ******, with an upgrade to my existing system, I would pay only $122 per month with a 5% annual interest rate.They conducted all the inspections, and the project to upgrade my system was completed after six months. Every time we spoke, ****** assured me he represented Sunnova, and that West Bay Energy was responsible for the ****************, to my surprise, ****** has disappeared, and Im left with three separate energy bills:- Sunnova: $58.00 - Sunnova: $122.86 (25 years)- Duke: $35.00 I've been deceived!Business response

Hello Mr ******************** have attempted to contact you several times and have left corresponding messages.
After reviewing this situation with our staff, everything looks correct.
You signed a contract to add 7.29 KW to your existing solar system (which West Bay Energy did NOT have anything to do with).
In the contract you agreed to pay $122 per month to Sunnova.
West Bay Energy installed the system and also obtained PTO from Duke for you.
While we are confident in our process we are still willing to discuss some options with you so please contact us at your convenience.

Had solar installed and everything was working then a power surge hit while we were one vacation and melted a braker and the system failed so when I came home nothing worked so west bay came out and got the power back on and said that it has something to do with my well pump and now they say I need another $20k battery to make it work the way it originally worked which makes no sense I've reached out to west bay many times and they keep putting my off whatever mistake they made could have burned my house Down and I no longer have any confidence in the company or the product that I have already invested around $60k in I don't know what else to do and I'm in fear for my family's safety and want it removed please helpBusiness response
