      I have asked to be removed from doing business with this group. They contacted over 10 days ago telling me they will notify disability and give me a letter showing me about their action. I have called them a couple of times and still no response. Does it take more to get released from them? It shouldn't!

      I am currently using this service in filing my disability claim. I have tried calling them with no results. They will not talk to me even though I wait 15 or 20 minutes. When I have them call me back they ring once then hang up. I am frustrated! Why can't I get through? I've been with them for 2 years now. No results.

      Hired in 2016. Finally complained in 2018. Suddenly things started moving. Since my ruling I got a letter saying they appealed. But they did not advise I had the right to file unemployability. They did not tell me they sold the company *** I have new manipulators to deal with. I demanded in writing explenatioms. They call once. When I do not answer that's it. If you call you usually get answering service. You must keep calling cause they don't. If you miss the call its over. I'm burn pit and desert storm registry yet nobody has contacted va about my case. When I complain they call me and want me to give them my info. Too lazy to pull my file. They don't need me. They need to do their jobs. For this reason I am filing a bar and voic complaint too. I had to call board of appeals myself. They've exposed my personal info. How did that happen?What am I paying a lawyer 440 dollars of my backpay a month for????

      Hi *****************************.  We started representation in your VA case in June 2016.  Since we undertook representation we have helped you secure $149,764.27 in retroactive VA benefits alone.  We have an active appeal pending to try to get you more.  Over the last 18 months we have tried repeatedly to get in contact with you regarding your claim by texting, calling and emailing you.  You have not responded to any of those communications but we know you are around because every 6 months or so you pop up and blast us with a negative review on social media.  It is certainly your right to do so.   As we contracted to do when we agreed to represent you , we have filed appeals to protect your rights and further your claims despite our inability to communicate with you and your negative claims against our organization.  Representation is a two way street and at this point we are going to take the exit ramp.  We will be sending you a withdrawal of representation notification at your last known email and physical address.  You should immediately contact the VA regarding your pending claims to make sure you do not miss any appointments or deadlines.

      I hired disability help group llc to represent me on my social security disability case.located out of plantation ** ***** phone ************* after 4 years and a reconsideration I finally have been awarded my disability but not for them helping me out I did 90% of the leg work countless hours of research and Dr visits and phone calls to socialsecurity to get this tooking care of so for them to want there **** fee is a joke I can only imagine of how many people they take advantage of it would be different if the communication was different and they did the work.

      We began representing ************** on June 18, 2021.  At that time, he retained our services by agreeing that we would only get paid if he won his Social Security disability claim and there were retroactive benefits.  The agreed upon fee was 25% of the retroactive benefits capped at a maximum amount set by the Commissioner of Social Security, currently $7200.   Since we began representing **************, we spoke with him or counseled him on June 23, 2021, June 24, 2021, June 28, 2021, September 8, 2021, November 23, 2021, December 9, 2021, January 7, 2022, February 22, 2022, March 14, 2022, April 7, 2022, April 21, 2022, April 22, 2022, April 25, 2022, May 4, 2022, May 6, 2022, May 16, 2022, May 17, 2022, May 18, 2022, May 20, 2022, June 9, 2022, June 30, 2022, July 1, 2022, July 7, 2022, August 1, 2022, August 2, 2022, August 5, 2022, August 24, 2022, September 1, 2022, September 20, 202, October 3, 2022, October 4, 2022, October 7, 2022, October 27, 2022, November 7, 2022, November 30, 2022, December 22, 2022, January 9, 2023, January 30, 2023, January 31, 2023, February 23, 2023, February 28, 2023, March 14, 2023, April 10, 2023, April 24, 2023, April 25, 2023, April 26, 2023, May 25, 2023, June 7, 2023, June 14, 2023, June 15, 2023, June 27, 2023, June 28, 2023, and June 29, 2023.  At all times, there was a best-in-class senior disability advocate overseeing and furthering ************** case.  This Social Security specialist was available to answer ************** questions and provide feedback and guidance on how to improve his chances of winning.  ************** availed himself of that Senor Advocates insights on multiple occasions.  Despite repeatedly relying on our organization for guidance and counseling into his claim as clearly evidenced above by the 53 communication encounters and conferences we had with ************** throughout the disability process and despite the fact that we got ************** approved before having to litigate his claim before a judge, he claims to be taken advantage of.  We are happy that your disability claim was approved **************, but your allegations as set forth on this site are defamatory and contradicted by our detailed records of interactions with you throughout the representation process.   You did not win this case on your own.  We encourage you to withdraw this ridiculous review.

      I hired them to file my Social Security Disability claim in January 2023, that's about all they have done to date 5/9th now, I have only received 1 call from them and I have called them several times to update my medical conditions, procedures, etc. Spoke to who knows who, and they misrepresented themselves as I'd have local contact, and representation as I requested from the beginning.. (Glad they record calls, as that was a specific request) They never answer calls, or you wait long periods of time on hold, or press #2 and they will return call which they never do. Besides that if you ever log onto the client site it is truly pathic, a 2nd grader could have done better, they never entered my diagnosis, medications, doctors, etc. I finally got a recording and left a message telling them to call me and to say they were FIRED AND NO LONGER REPRESENTING ME!! If they had an email I would have emailed them, but I certainly will send a certified letter, if they are still actually in business. .

      I Created a case for a disability claim increase over two months ago with the assistance of "Disability Help Group" Since they initially took my claim and social security number and were granted access to my medical records they have not reached out to me since. Upon my own investigation into the VA computer network, I was able to find out that my claim had been held up for over a month because the VA was waiting on a document. It was the responsibility of this company to reach out to me if they needed anything to complete my paperwork. I have been trying to reach them with no success. Upon looking into several reviews I found a very disturbing pattern. Apparently this business has several complaints for the same reasons. I am concerned I am the victim of a con and I would like to remove them from my case with the VA as I do not believe they are following the law or putting my needs and interests into consideration. The fact that I am unable to reach them to get any sort of update on my sensitive claim for over two months is not only unprofessional, but very concerning in consideration of their pattern of reviews.

      The very day this complaint came to our attention, we immediately contacted *****************  One of our VA-accredited advocates spoke with him to address his concerns.  Since then, we have spoken with him on 2 separate occasions.  In our most recent call this past Friday, we discussed his expectations for the speedy resolution of his case.  While we have no control over how quickly VA does its job, we are focused on maximizing his VA benefits as quickly as possible.  We look forward to finishing the job we started in December 2022.
