I have **ntacted this **mpany by phone on several occasions. I was told someone would **ntact me back and the never did. I also emailed them in regards to the issue and no response. I have yet to hear anything further in regards to this situation. I tried to show all the debris over the *** & the pings from rocks or something hitting it from the weed eater on the front and scratches on the door and pings on the back. I waited to see if someone wanted to look at it but no one **ntacted me. I just had it detailed but the pings nor scratches would **me out. As I stated to ****** from ************************** that is the insurance provider for ************** directed me to the **mpany for **mpensation. She said they are the responsible party even though I was parked in front of the store so there isnt any reason it shouldnt have been on surveillance. ****** claimed he didnt see on the video but I had him to **me out and look at the vehicle and the only thing he did was apologized and said hes sorry it happened and its a nice vehicle. He had the audacity to say the landscaping ** is a private **mpany that landscaped but I stated your organization hired them therefore youre liable. I am baffled why I was given the run around when I requested the manager. Also, I spoke with *********, ****** and was told by ********* to give my **ntact information to ******* in customer service and someone will **ntact me that day and I have not heard anything to date. When no one **ntacted me on 11/22 when the incident transpired, I **ntact the 800 number customer service to report and was told by a representative *******, she would **ntact me in regards to a case number as well she would forward me the **nfirmation via email. I didnt hear anything so the following day was Thanksgiving and I assumed customer care was closed therefore I called back on 11/24 and the representative ******* stated she didnt see where ******* reported anything and she would report and case no.Customer response

This is to show not only did I contact the company by phone several times, this is a screenshot of the email that was forwarded to them without response. I even informed them of the email and they acknowledged it was their email address but yet no compensation or contact in regards to it.
