      I am a happy customer and have been going to ******************** since the late 1990s when they first opened up and were in a plaza. Fanit and her family grew the business from strength to strength adding more holistic services which were well needed. Every time I go its like the first time all over again because of the continual upgrades. Some of the older staff have moved on and thats normal, and the new staff are learning the ropes. Love the comfort, the charming staff, and the dependable decor!Thanks for being the go to spa of choice for me and my family!

      Rude establishment with overpriced service that is not up to par. I got scammed charged for a hydra facial that was nothing but a regular facial. Spoke to 2 different managers that disregarded my complaint & failed to take accountability.I paid over 300$ for services at the spa just to be mistreated. Its obvious this contour only cares about money & not the service that is being given. I would not recommend this spa to anyone

      This lady is using all the media platform to post her review.

      Please see below a copy of an email that was sent to her and her husband on May 23 subsequent to her review on Yelp.

      Dear **************************** and ********************************,
      As one of the managers here at Contour Day Spa I am sending this email to you to document everything that has transpired since Ms ******** visit to our spa on May 18 and her subsequent public review/slander and also her subsequent conversation with us.
      We will be sending a copy of this email to our Legal adviser as well. Please note, we are using Mr ******** email since it is the only one we have, taken from the record when he booked the service.
      The owner of the spa was concerned about your complaint and met with the esthetician who did your facial.  Her findings were that she is quite satisfied the esthetician did use the correct machine to do your facial.  We are not falsely advertising as you said!
      The owner of the spa wanted to discuss this matter with you personally, she called the number we have on file 5 times and got no answer.  We later realized that the number is your husbands phone number.
      You (Ms ***************** then called back and spoke with the owner who tried to reason with you but again you accused us of false advertising and that the machine used was not a hydra facial machine.  It was explained to you that it was, but not every machine is the same, it depends on the manufacturer and the model of the machine.
      You received a perfect fine Prenatal massage, and a hydra facial for $300. Please be aware we do not give refunds it is in our brochure and on our website.  Furthermore should you continue to slander us and continue to use words such as MEDIOCRE SPA CHARGING HIGH PRICES IN A RUN DOWN FACILITY we will take this matter further.

      At the Plantation location and Very rude and disrespectful workers here. I booked spa services as a birthday gift and the experience was awful. Even when asked to speak with a manager that went south as well. The so-called manager was yelling at the workers in front of customers. The pedicure service was awful. Just a very bad experience at this location today. Had planned on returning with a group of ladies and now will have to look elsewhere. I just believe that how you treat customers matters and how you conduct yourselves in front of the clients matters as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

      My sister in law had booked a girls day (4of ** in total ) and let me tell u , we had an amazing experience. The staff was amazing ! I had ******** and loved her . I would without a doubt recommend this place . We was given 2 bottles of champagne, we had the 90 minutes lavender soothing hand and foot reflexology, full body buff with lavender aromatherapy oil and full body ******* massage. Also had the 90 minutes facial , and 20 minutes sauna . The reviews that I seen is not what we experienced and will for sure be coming back .

      This is honestly embarrassing. Not just the state of the building itself, but the staff. The plantation location is infamous for rude and bad staff and today was another example of that. Paid in advance for a service the day before with Angelyn Arnold for her to no show and no one tell me they pushed my appointment back 30 mins. This is place embarrassing

      Dear *******************, You scheduled a massage with ***************, she called out sick at the last minute. We assigned you to another experienced massage therapist which entailed a 30 minute wait. You decided to be very angry and left without staying for your appointment. You went onto 3 different sites to give us a bad review and rant about the state of our building and rude staff none of which has any merit. Our manager called you twice and left messages not only apologizing for your inconvenience, but she left her cell phone number and offered you a complimentary massage. In this world things happen, our good faith gesture to make it better meant nothing to you. We hope that you are able to reflect better on it. We wish you well.

      I have been coming here for years plus buying 4 other family & friends gift cards here. We buy all kinds of services. Not just 1 at a time. This visit was for my bday. I went in 3 days before to plan out my day & pay in advance. Yani, one of the owners booked everything with me. Milk& honey loofah scrub, hot stone massage & facial. HE said let me find you a package and give you an upgrade to the package to cover the hot stone massage PLUS my 10% discount for my bday. He wrote it all down for me “so there’s no confusion”. I arrive 20 mins early and I’m CHARGED an additional $41 ????. To not upset my set I paid it and said I’ll bring the paperwork back another day & talk to him. I get upstairs and while being checked in the tell me which locker to use cause the place is clearly falling apart. She says “use this one cause I know this one always works”. Glad I brought my things in a beach type bag because I’d hate to put my things in the locker without being in a bag. I go to the restroom, paint is pealing off the walls. Off the locker room area is a “lounge”. They tried to create a sitting area and there’s absolutely no padding on the seats. Never mind I went to sit in the dry sauna room while I waited. After the loofah I was taken to my massage. The gentleman was very kind but unprofessional. I literally was standing there waiting for him for a few mins while he CLIPPED HIS FINGER NAILS. ALL OF THEM. Yes imagine standing there waiting & all you hear is clip clip clip. He washes his hands and off we go. Then he starts TEXTING on his phone!! A FEW TIMES!!! At this point I’m trying to just enjoy MY BDAY!! I go have my facial no prob. The next day I call to speak with Yani to tell him about my experience and the extra charge. HE WOULDN’T GET ON THE PHONE! They kept saying he was with a customer. I called 3 times over a 4 hour period. Eventually the receptionist asked me what happened. She talk to Yani & called me back Yani DIDN’T even give me the respect to call
