I paid for easy pass two weeks ago this companies system glitched I called was advised Id have an extra pass in my account by the 24/25 nothing still ! Call this morning 8/27 9:30 am get agent ****** who had an attitude the entire time she checks my account nothin here should have known who you spoke with. Seriously???? I am due a pass or the $30 I paid this company!Initial Complaint

Hello,I was visiting the Miami, ** area this last weekend, and I took Greyhound Bus to travel there.I wanted to purchase an all day pass for their ************************************** but instead purchased an all day pass for Tri Rail. I had no interest in purchasing an all day pass for Tri Rail as they did not go anywhere near where I needed to travel.Also, as I was new to all of this, and the fact that I was buying my pass from an automated kiosk with no one there to assist on this first time purchase, I had no idea that Tri Rail and Metrobus... used different kiosks and that they were on different floors of the Miami *****************************; Tri Rail was on the 1st floor and Metro... was on the second floor.Also, when I was buying the ticket, the kiosk did not say anything about this pass being for Tri Rail, rather, it just asked me what I wanted, an all day pass, and took my money. If you could tell me what else I need to do to comply with your requirements to complete this complaint, I would appreciate it.Also, I paid the machine in quarters, and the transaction was completed at 3:**** on the 11th of February, 2023.I can produce my unused ticket from Tri Rail if needed. Also, I spoke with ******* in their *************, ** national call center.Their contact numbers are ************ or ************.She told me that their policy was to never give refunds, but this is not disclosed on any of their kiosks. Also, I never entered the TriRail area and the whole area is under CCTV surveillance, which proves my point. I used transit store to purchase a monthly pass for the tri rail upon checking out the site does not advise it can not be used in broward county this is misleading because its the same card as broward county if this cant be used in broward a different card look or something needs to be in bold saying its only to be used in dade county so I went to hit the validator my card does not say what I purchased so I call customer service thats when I was advised it can only be used in Miami with that being said I see on the tri rail app refunds cant be provided for activated unused passes so Im requesting a refund for this pass being that its unused and will never be activated or added to my easy card being that Im NEVER going to Miami dade I need a monthly pass for broward and palm beach Im guessing because I end in palm beach everyday and also the site needs to be changed to say bodly it can only be used in Miami dade so I simply want a monthly pass for palm beach and broward county or a refund to my debit card the easy card number is #****************
