I am only giving a 1 star because there isn't an option for zero.....after initial issue w them charging me before I wanted start of coverage they fixed that but then I only needed 2 months coverage and when I needed to cancel reached out and spoke to them 3 times stating my end date and verifying no more charges would be made. They confirmed this then proceeded to charge me again then have went back and forth for a month all for them to refuse crediting me back money they charged for an additional month. ****************** w zero customer service!! RUN!!!!! Needed 2 months resulting in 2 payments.....they charged 3 PERIOD!!!Review from Kristen S

They are charging 250$ a month for some obscure, and unheard of "insurance coverage" that I cannot use anywhere nor find a doctor or pharmacist that has heard of it or is able to use it. Tried to cancel the "policy" and that told me I needed to e-mail them and provide them with my current insurance information to prove I have coverage or they cannot cancel. They were unable to verify my current insurance by phone and the whole things just seems very illegitimate and unprofessional.Have not been able to get a response from my e-mail requesting cancellation of my policy either. Very concerning, feels like a scam.Review from Robyn M

DO NOT USE THEM! I wish I could leave a negative star review. Like the other complaints my broker **** gave me nothing but false information. He told me that all of my doctors were in my plan (lie), that my husbands procedure was covered (lie), that my prescriptions were covered (lie), etc. the worst customer service. I would rather have no ********************** than go through this company. The worst experience I have ever had. I beg everyone to stay away from this agency, you will regret using them.Review from Bob J

Absolutely a scam. Accidentally accessed the plans through a site made to look like it was a part of a state offered plan. It was not in any way affiliated with my state's government. Said they couldn't provide any coverage for the first thirty days, but I still had to pay. This is clearly meant to give them time to get your money somewhere a bank can't get at it. This is not to mention that they also used about 4 or 5 different names within their own materials. Feel very dumb for falling for it.Review from Anthony B

Terrible, was told it was a health insurance plan and was not even close to an actual plan, a supplemental plan at best and also was told it included vision and dental which it did not. When I went to cancel they said I couldnt until the day I started my new policy so I waited and when I called back once it started to cancel they said I wouldnt get a refund for the current month because I didnt cancel ahead of month starting. Very disappointed that people can operate a business with no care for people like this.Review from Shah Fahad K

It feels like a scam. When I asked about cancellation, they started asking personal questions and asked me to send proof of insurance though their policy is not an insurance by itself but a discount plan. They wanted me to send secure Hipa information in response to their email. They have been rippin me for 3 months and it does not served any purpose.
