  I own a business serving ********** Autocycle owners worldwide. I've been purchasing engineered ******************* for ********** from from SECNF / ********************* (almost 90K in 2 years) from a dba called "VP Modifications." In June/July 23, I prepaid **** for 4 orders totaling $8775.00. Historically, he'd order them from the manufacturer and claim it takes 3-4 wks. (I have ordered this product from **** for 2 yrs.) 5 weeks after my orders - there's no product. When I got no response from him about inquiries on my order status, I called the manufacturer & asked about my orders. They had NO orders. When I challenged **** about it, he claimed he submitted the PO's. I then emailed him the option of reordering immediately and forwarding order confirmations within 3 business days, OR simply refunding my money. No response came by my deadline. I then cancelled my orders by email and demanded refund by C.O.B. one week later. He was unresponsive by the deadline. I have now been contacted by suppliers of his who indicate he owes THEM money, and they can no longer deliver goods to him or on his behalf, and want to sell to direct to me, as they can't get paid by him. He's requiring payments from me AND consumers, delivering nothing, and is behind with his vendors and other customers, but still has a $1M home being remodeled on the FL intercostals, a *** M4, oceangoing boat, 5 figure bicycle, crazy custom Golf Cart & a lavish lifestyle funded by those trying to run legitimate business w/integrity. I wrote him one final email one week ago stating that if he doesn't have money to refund me fully at one time, he needs to communicate with me so we can work some sort of payment plan - and that if I did not hear back from him by the end of the night, 09/03, that I would be forced to conclude that he has NO intention of refunding my money. As you can guess, there's been NO communication, but he is apparently still alive, as he is making changes and posts on social media as of tonight.
