          • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email cs@charlesalbert.com for a return authorization number (RA#). If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will be refused. Items must be unused in original condition with tags attached within 14 days for a full refund. You can return an item for up to 30 days for credit or exchange. All sale items are not returnable and special orders as marked on the product if applicable. Shipping costs are not refundable.
