      I absolutely love this business and the medical professionals they have on staff. I have been having treatments for years and they have always exceeded my expectations. I would never go anywhere else or trust any other place with my face or aesthetic needs. You wont be disappointed. Quality and professionalism matters!

      I had lip filler injected and my lips were deformed. I went to Youthful Medical Spa to correct bad injection but instead they insulted me and told me they will not fix anything and if I want to correct my lips injection I need to purchase another 800 doll juvederm vial. I was shocked they way they treated me and they also tried to say that my face is asymmetric. They are so rude and aggressive. My lips look like I had a stroke.

I can assure you that I will be working with our owners to ensure this doesn't happen moving forward and I will personally speak to both employees to ensure we correct this behavior and let them know this interaction was unacceptable.Youthful Medical Spa has been a staple in the community for over 19 years and patient satisfaction is extremely important to us. I want to reiterate that we would love the opportunity to correct this situation in any way possible, including providing complimentary treatment (including dissolving and/or additional filler). *****, one of our master injectors who previously owned his own practice in ******** and is exceptionally educated and talented, would be happy to take care of you moving forward. After reviewing your file and treatments, he does recommend dissolving the current lip filler to start from a clean slate and refill to get your desired outcome. He is more than willing to set aside in-person time to do a full assessment and understand your concerns and desired outcome and form a treatment plan in line with you. I understand that you do not want to dissolve your current filler due to your busy schedule, but I can speak from personal experience that there are times when it is best to start over in order to get the best result possible.I wish I had been in the office earlier this week so we could have prevented this situation and I want to reiterate that the behavior exhibited by our staff was unacceptable. I understand you declined our offer for treatment at no charge to correct your concern, but the offer is still there if you change your mind. This is my direct email if you have any additional questions or concerns and I would be happy to speak with you at any time. The owners and I want to thank you for providing us with this feedback so we can correct any internal issues. Not only outcomes, but each patient's experience is extremely important to us, and many times we may not be made aware of a situation and therefore cannot make necessary adjustments to ensure it doesnt happen in the future.Thank you again for taking the time to speak with me & have a good weekend.

      Rip off and unprofessional. I bought a Groupon for 50 units of Botox, which is enough to treat three areas at my usual provider but I wanted to try a different place and also save some money. The tech said it was only enough to treat two areas and didn't even properly treat the two areas, still plenty of movement almost two weeks later and they wouldn't fix it unless I bought more Botox (How much am I supposed to buy, a dump truck full? 50 units has always been plenty, including six months before this treatment)This provider also asks for tips, and I was encouraged to use cash and told not to write down the tip amount on the paperwork after treatment - the person taking the paperwork actually ****** out the tip amount I wrote down! This is the first time I've ever been asked for a tip.I called several times to follow up to get the problem fixed and could never get a live person but did get someone telling me tough luck and if I wanted any improvement I'd have to pay more. (Already paid, thank you, 50 units worth).

      Hi ********,I wanted to clarify a few things regarding our injection process so that you may understand how we treat.We are a top 250 account with Allergan (out of ****** accounts), the makers of Botox, Juvederm, CoolSculpting, Skinmedica, and more. That being said, we follow all the best practices and recommendations from them, including going to advanced education trainings.********'s dosing for Botox is 64 units from under the eyes to the hairline - that would equate to 24 units for the crows feet area, 20 for the glabella (between the brows), and 20 for the forehead. Based on those recommendations, we can not "fully treat" 3 areas with only 50 units. Obviously, everyone has different muscle strengths so this may vary - for example, I personally get 30 units in my glabella because my brows are very strong. You can find this dosing recommendation on their website as well.Although I will not go into your exact treatment, I do see on your record that you were treated in 3 areas but not "fully treated" in one due to the fact there was not enough units and you did not wish to purchase more per the injectors recommendation.For gratuity, many patients like to leave it for the providers, but it always has been and always will be optional. It is never expected, but always appreciated.As for your results, I apologize that you're unhappy - that's the last thing we want!
