On November 29, 2022, I ordered Pans to replace those on my carport that were destroyed in Hurricane ***. The amount paid in full was $918.43 for the order. I was told the Pans would be in my possession in January 2023. To date (March 15, 2023), I do NOT have the Pans. I have been back to *********************************************** Building Products multiple times and they make a phone call. One time, I was told the Pans have been made and I would have them Thursday or Friday. NOTHING. Order # ****-******.Initial Complaint

On Nov 7, 2022 I visited the premises of the company concerned and ordered 20 x 12 and 13 x 16 roof panels for my Hurricane *** damaged car port, the cost of over $2000 being paid by credit card. In late December 2022 the 20x12 panels arrived and were collected but the 13x16 ones were missing. The company had no explanation, but promised they would be re-ordered and delivered as soon as possible after arrival.Since then it has been a nightmare trying to contact the company with the phone system deliberately immobilised and with no means of contacting them other that to visit the premises. Visiting invariably means up to an hour or more wait only to be told that the items are expected any day. On 3 occasions my wife and I have done this and now believe that the chances of our order being completed are very remote.We think the only way forward is for us to be refunded the $1300 in respect of the panels missing. We would appreciate any help you may be able to give.Customer response

I would like to thank you for helping me because I recently received a call from the company in question refunding the money they owed me.
It does not surprise me in the least that they failed to respond to your letter because this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I spent weeks trying to contact them and am so glad that you managed to obtain a result for me.
