6/24/2022 $325 A/C checkup for $85 Business overcharged and milked the job for extra $$$.They only wanted to send a tech out to recharge. (not happening. I dont want them near my residence)Was originally $85. They cleaned the outside unit, replaced the capacitor (he said it tested poorly but, was not bad), and said it had too much freon (1 lb too much). He charged me $325 and nothing changed. Paid someone else $100 to correct the pressure.Also, He promised to send us a before and after picture of the cleaning and never did. He never showed us or gave us the old capacitor.Business response

I really dont know what made this customer turn this way, we back everything we do if he was not happy with what was done he could have called us back and fix the problem at no additional charge, we were professional about the service , explained what we were doing I the president went to the job to do the service required so I know what was done, so there is no one else involved in this service, the over reaction of this customer just lets me know what kind of customer he is , if he has a problem with us personally he would like to know what it is
