Went there to purchase a UTV. Everything was going well until pickup and there were no upgrades on my vehicle as promised to seal the deal. When I spoke to the sales manager about lying to seal the deal, he got irate and started screaming at me. I told him that I was not going to deal with him and started to go to the finance office. He ran and jumped in front of me and said he was not selling me anything and to get the * out. I told him I was going to deal with the finance mgr not him. He got in my face and screamed get the * out! I told him to back off he was in my space. He told the girl in the bullpen to call the police that I had threatened him. He continued to yell get out, get out. I went outside and waited for the police. I told the police I was willing to leave that I just wanted my paperwork. They attempted to get my paperwork, and he refused and demanded I be arrested. Needless to say, no utv, no paperwork, only a trespass warning and a threat to arrest if I did not depart immediately. I departed and chose to do my business at ********* Powersports in *******. What a pleasure to do business there. I also saved about $3000.00 on the same unit. They were much more helpful and knowledgeable about the ******* and sealed the deal with no problems. Good luck if you shop here, you have been warned! Also look they are not accredited.

This place is the biggest rip off. They pressure you into signing for all these add ons and their so called “warranty.” Bought a brand new pit bike and the final number was that we basically bought the bike twice. On top of that, it’s not even running well, runs rough and seems like someone who has no idea what they are doing assembled it. Also, the managers are completely unprofessional. They even sold an elderly man a $20k side by side and the guy can’t even drive it and has also had numerous mechanical issues with it, brand new also. I’m going to have to contact corporate and pursue further actions with this place and this particular manager. Also, the reviews on the BBB website are much more accurate. If after reading reviews you still opt to proceed, make sure you don’t get David M. We went in to cancel the warranty and I should have brought him a bottle and pacifier when he complained and wined about how it’s doing us a disservice cancelling it. The bike is worth like $2k and after doing the math have basically bought 3 bikes at this point. I also was told by David that I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about, so he told my fiancé only he can come back in the office. Thankfully I’ve dealt with corrupt places and had the microphone on his phone prior to going in and recorded him. He told my fiancé to just tell me that the warranty was cancelled and not to listen to stupid people. Yes, we are stupid. Because who warranties a bike that’s only worth like $2k? Sorry you won’t be able to feed your kids tonight without our warranty. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT IN ALL THE GARBAGE THEY TRY TO SELL YOU OR ADD ON! We had our lawyer friend and fiancé read the contracts and what a SCAM!

This company has no experience in great customer service, they are disrespectful in judging a customer wether or not they can AFFORD to test drive one of their bikes. They are not even BBB accredited, won't be referring any friends, family or colleagues there! Learn how to professionally run your business! Only gave 1 star to express want a horrible company!

Terrible customer service! The place is a rip off. Make sure the parts they charge you for they actually put on your bike! We were charged for new parts and still have the old ones....
