On June 3, 2024 around 11:00 after leaving from an appointment since I was in the area I decided to get my car washed. I had frequented this establishment on many occasions with previous vehicles I had owned. I paid for the works wash. However upon getting into my vehicle I had noticed a tiny speck which I thought was just water or product and they had missed that spot when drying. I didnt want to seem ***** so I didnt ask that they wipe it. The same day it had rained later that evening. The receipt says to return to get it rewashed but I was parked when it rained and said it wasnt dirty so I did not return on the June 4, 2024. On June 5, 2024 as I was getting ready to drop my kids off I noticed that same spot along with a very fine hairline spot. I attempted to wipe off thought it was product from the car wash. It did not come off and I then realized my car had been damaged from going through their bay at the car wash. I then called on June 5, 2024 around 10:20 am and spoke with ***** and explained to her. She said shed have ***************** me back. **** called back and I explained to him and that this was not there prior to coming to Jules car wash. Basically he refused to accept any responsibility for the damage. And then stated that their signs state they are not responsible. I did not see any signs stating this as I exited my vehicle after I pulled in and told the guy which wash I wanted. After exiting my vehicle I went inside to wait.The phone hung up so im not sure if it was a dropped call or he just ended the call. Either way he never bothered to call back. I also noticed a dent on the rear top/roof of my vehicle right next to the fin/antenna. I immediately knew then that this damage was caused at their car wash. This damage was not there prior to me visiting their establishment. I had hoped he would ask to see my vehicle and I would point this out to him but he did not want to accept responsibility for the damage caused/did not call back after dropped call.Business response

The carwash does not chip a windshield. This happens from driving on the road. I explained to you on the phone when a hot windshield has a temperature change from cold water a rock chip can spread or crack from a rock chip that is in a windshield. As I explained on the phone we also have signs posted that we are not responsible for windshield chips or cracks. I will attach a photo of the 4ft by 8ft sign counsel when you drive in as well as the 2 ft by 4 ft sign that is on the wall right next to the door where you walk in the door. You never said anything about a dent which I saw the photo of it on the ****** 1 star review you left us. There is nothing that would cause this as you said you have been coming to us for a long time but you are saying we did damage to your car. On you saying we got disconnected it seemed like you hung up on me after I explained this all to you. People don't usually call some one back after getting hung up on.
