Dynamite Fence installed my privacy fence in October 2024. I have french drains bordering between mine and my neighbors properties, installed only 2-3 weeks prior. My neighbor witnessed Dynamite Fence drill into the drains, causing water to shoot out the top, rendering them ineffective. When I approached Dynamite, the owner **** vehemently denied this, and refused to take any responsibility. He has also not responded to an email sent regarding this act.Business response

I would like to start off with an apology as i did not see an email come through. As far as the damage to the underground drainage. I visited the site and found no evidence that there was any damage done by my installers.I did have a conversation with the installers and they advised me that there was nothing in the ground that they came in contact with. As far as the neighbor saying they saw the guys do it thats hard to imagine as drainage lines are not under any pressure whatsoever so if it was hit there would not be any water that would shoot up in the air. The only way water would shoot up is if it were a water main or irrigation line. Therefore not a reliable source. with that being said I will not be accepting responsibility for any repairs. Maybe customer should investigate whether or not the irrigation guys did a proper job or used faulty or used material.

I am rejecting this response because: here is a view of the new drainage problem along the fence line that Dynamite installed. These drains were installed by Pulte, the builder, just weeks prior to this. The drainage is in the ground because of the elevation. They were functioning properly prior to fence installation.

If its not draining its do to improper installation of the drain line. Probably not running at the right pitch. Has nothing to do with the fence installed. Talk to the irrigation guys that installed it for you. I will not be taking responsibility for for any repairs. Thank YouCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: this is absolutely untrue. It was installed just prior to Hurricane ****** and worked absolutely fine through the constant downpour.The attached photos on standing water are from after your guys installed the fence, right at the fence line
