We dropped off 3 Pictures in Aug 2021. We paid over $400 as half down for the framing service and the.... Waited. We talked to the owner (****) several times throughout early 2022. He always said he needed a few more weeks. Last summer, he quite answering calls and the business doors are now always closed. The *************************** tried to go into the business to find out pictures but no luck.... I'm out 3 Important pieces of art AND out the $400 down payment. I want my pictures back and my money back!! The owner is not responding to anyone.Initial Complaint

I dropped off a *************************** lithograph (a gift from my daughter) at Fastframe #328 on April 14, 2022 for framing. Paid one-half of total charge ($797.71 of $1595.42), Fastframe #328 invoice #*****. I have contacted the business on several occasions for a status--no word in the last month. Since it's been four months, I would like the item back and refund of the deposit--I'll take the item elsewhere for framing.
