DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They put a new system 6 months ago and still have problems with the system. They don’t take responsibility for their work. Call them to continue report problems and they ignore me.

We are sincerely sorry you were not satisfied with our services, in spite of our continuous efforts to address all of your concerns. We have been out to your property many times trying to make you happy and remain professional, despite the personal attacks, threats, and repeated harassing calls. First, you called and accused us of charging more than agreed upon because of loan fees charged by the finance lender you requested to use. Then you insisted on going with the lower efficiency unit than the one that you previously had, against our advice, and complained your FPL bill was too high. From there, we still continued to do everything we could to satisfy you throughout multiple return trips. 1/30/23 was install date, since then we have been at your property on 2/1, 2/22, 5/8, 5/23, 5/24, 7/14, 7/17, 7/21, 7/24, 7/30. Mostly free of charge, except when your lineset needed replacing, due to what appeared to be an animal burrowing under your unit and causing damage. We absolutely stand behind our work, and work really hard to keep our clients happy. To say we ignore you is purely false. Based on our last conversation on 8/7/2023 (2 days before this review), your unit was was working fine. You complained of high humidity but that is probably a simple thermostat adjustment that unfortunately, is not priority when we currently have our days booked full of people with no working air at all. When you had no air, or even complained of it not reaching temperature by a few degrees, we were always there right away. As much as we strive to serve and treat our clients like family, we will be forced to take further action If you continue to harass, or publicly slander our company’s reputation.
