I am sorry for any miscommunication in the office. Our membership plans are on a monthly bases with automatic billing on a credit card or bank account. I will look into the customer ********************** representative who misinformed you that we are able to call customer on a monthly basis before the automatic billing is completed the 1st of every month so this doesn't happen again.
The membership is similar to a gym membership. You pay monthly for the membership and you receive benefits with the membership. The enrollment forms outlines the requirements to maintain the membership. If a payment is missed we make three attempts to collect before we cancel the membership. Either party can cancel the membership with 30 day notice or payment fails to go through.
I will work with the team to ensure future communication is clear. If you need a copy of your paperwork please call the office and we can mail or email to you.
