Totally Awesome Company, exceeded my expectations! Very professional starting with Justine ****** for great quote best pricing! Project Manager Jimmy ***** was outstanding, hands on with a Great Crew that has my utmost respect! Cleaned up area very well every day before leaving. Approved Contractor for Ygrene Clean Energy financing which worked well for me being a senior on fixed income. They really took the stress out of this major upgrade for my home. This Company is by far the Best in Brevard County! The Office Personnel are very attentive and kind helping me every time I called. I saved thousands over other bids by using G&G, why pay more? Brain and his crew did a great job. Brain was very informative and if I did have any question, he would always call me back in a timely matter. At the end of the day his crew would spend time cleaning up the yard. The job was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to a friend.

I went with G&G Roofing for a new roof and repair. Jason the sales rep. at G&G was nice, he explained G&G would remove the plywood over the room that was leaking and add two new sheets of plywood and replace any areas where the plywood was rotting prior to installing the roof. I waited about eight weeks for my turn. Jimmy the Project Manager called me a day or two prior letting me know the installers were coming to remove the shingles. Jimmy is a nice guy, we discussed the room that was leaking and confirmed the installers would replace the plywood and any other areas that were rotten. I made it clear that I had NO problem paying $80 per additional sheet of plywood, my concern is that my roof is done right. It took a day for the installers to remove my old shingles and add the paper. A few days later we wake at 7am on a Sunday to two installers on our roof nailing down shingles. I wasn't happy getting up that early, and shocked two guys did the entire roof and packed up by 2pm. When I took a walk around my house, I almost cried! 1. They didn't replace the plywood in the back room that is leaking- I say "is" because the room is still leaking when it rains. 2. Area's where the edge of the roof meet walls, the shingles don't lay flat, they slop, directing rain water to puddle on the roof. My 20+ roof looked better than my new roof!! 3. The roof in the front of my house has a noticeable 3'x2' (dip/sag), right in the middle the roof. I called Jimmy so upset, he directed me to take pictures and he can explain to the office. He told me the manager would be contacting me tomorrow the latest. After several text messages and phone calls the manager never responded. He finally made it to my house 8 weeks later when I called screaming that my new roof was leaking. I left work early to meet Jamie, the manager at my house to discuss his plans for fixing my roof. Jamie, the manager, told me his plan to stop my "new" roof from leaking in the back room, he would instruct his crew to rip out the sheetrock in the "ceiling" and wedge a support beam in the ceiling to support and stop the leak. His plan to fix the sag in the front of my house was to have the crew come out, remove the singles, add shims and he told me he would not guarantee that it wouldn't be visible. (basically you keep the sag or we'll come out and it may look worse) Manager told me he would have the installers back in five days. G&G never came back, never called. I haven't paid GG and they still don't come or call. My install was in Sept. 2021, now it's Jan. 2022 G&G turned their back to me, don't stand by their work. What's worse is what they did to my home! I have no confidence in my roof and I'm worried about potential problems! Last week I received a letter in the mail from the supplier threatening to put a lien on my house because GG didn't pay them for my shingles.

Extremely satisfied! Would recommend G & G Roofing to anyone needing a roof. The estimator (Chris) was easy to work with and delivered a competitive estimate quickly. The project manager (Charles) was the best. Whatever he makes, he needs a raise. The crew worked fast with no wasted time. Cleanup was above and beyond expectations every day. This was a very complicated job and was completed safely in minimum days.
