This business wrongly charged me $390 for “extra cleaning” for an ESA pet in addition to a cleaning fee we already paid upon booking. They also harassed my family the first two days of arriving with ESAs by asking questions and telling us we can’t have the ESA on the back patio area - by phone, by knocking on the door and by stopping us while walking the ESA to the doggy area. We witnessed people in the area we were in and always took the ESA to the designated areas. They blamed us for rips in a master bedroom comforter when there were at least two rips in the comforter upon arrival and charged “damages” to our credit card when we did not damage anything. We didn’t damage anything - furthermore, the dryer wouldn’t even dry our laundry nor did the water in the fridge work properly. I think the above is unfair business practice and believe $390 is absurd. They already increased the rent $200 for “holiday” when they offered nothing extra for the fee. Apparently it was a “newly imposed” fee. Personally, they should not be charging me almost $400 and I think others needs to be aware of such practices.
