HVAC installers advertising on all social media and the internet with website natruralbreezehvac.com They came with a used unit in the back of a pick up truck and left the unit all day unhooked while they disappeared and then returned to 'finish' the job around midnight. They did not remove the old unit as was promised, they left it in our yard. They responded to messages that they would come back to get it but never did. This was within the past week. Now the unit isn't working at all and they do not respond to any messages or pick up the phone.
