Hired this company to install rain gutter and the job was not performed as promised in the contract. I voiced my complaints and was told that the issues would be addressed. Til this date the defects and incorrect installation of the gutters have not been corrected. Owners have come out on two separate occasions and promised to come back. No corrects for the defects or damage caused to my property have been done. No company will agree to correct the errors and omissions done by this company. Since company will not correct the problems it created, I will have to have all the work removed and redone by a different company. I am seeking the cost to remove their work and correct the damage. In other words make me whole again. So that I may proceed with having the work performed correctly.Business response

****** hired our company to install seamless rain gutters on her home. She requested a very uncommon color (metallic copper look) which wi ordered and installed on her home without charging her anything up front. After the install was completed ****** refused to Pay for the Gutter system and requested some alterations be made. These alterations were a matter of personal preference and did not effect the function of the Gutter system, but we strive to make very customer happy so I agreed to replace the gutter she requested. Shortly after we originally ordered her materials, the color she chose was discontinued by the manufacturer. this meant I was no longer able to replace the gutter with another that would match. I gave her options to chose another color, or because the gutters were working as intended we could leave them as is and we would replace the gutter if the color came available in the future. She settled on waiting and she was not charged. The Color is still not available and there is no information on when or if it may become available. I have been to her home to explain this to her and to inspect the work. We have never received ANY PAYMENT for any of the labor or materials for her home. No damage was caused to her home. She received a FREE gutter system.
