      I place an order on August 18, 2024 for a product through this company. To date (October 31, 2024), I have yet to receive the product or a refund which, from being very discouraged and receiving a bunch of empty promises, I have requested. I no longer want the product. I have sent letters to the CEO, person in charge of sales, and vice-CEO and have heard nothing. I just have not heard anything, and no one seems to be willing to help me get this issue resolved. Needless to say, the funds were pulled from bank account when I placed my order. I just want my refund. Please help me.******** ******

      I bought Erecpower from Digistore24. I decided I didn’t want the product and I returned it unopened to the pst office. I paid for it through PayPal. They gave me a temporary refund and then reversed the refund .aI do not gave the product and I want a refund of $593.85. I am a disabled Veteran and I feel like I have been scammed.

      I believe this company is a scam. It offers a 180 day money back guarantee but if you email them the company doesn't respond hoping you go away! By the looks of the complaints I am not alone, everyone should open a complaint with the FL Attorney General and the FTC. Because this company is predator it should be put out of business. Victim!

      These folks are very difficult to reach. Im trying to make a return and for some reason no account number or statement number was given. So when they ask for that, I have nothing.

      I had ordered books from Digistore24. I received 1 book and all the other books were digital and ebooks. I didn't realize that was how I got the other books. I'm a old timer and wanted the actual books. The cost to print out the other ones was to high. I sent a email to cancel all ebooks. The transaction went smoothly and the refund was done in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Jam!
