      Great products.I have tried so many other Eyelid tapes and they never have achieved results like this.I ordered the assortment pack and from there determined the 4 MM suits me best. Don't automatically assume that the largest size is going to be what you need as I originally thought. I do not wear make up and wanted a subtle lift for my dropping eyelid ( I am a male and do not like to appear that I have altered my appearance). The assortment pack was great as it allowed me to determine the correct size. I gave the larger sizes to my mother who then ordered the 5 MM. When I placed an order for the 4MM I also ordered a couple of other products as well.I have always had an issue with my eyelashes falling out very easily and as such it appears I have none. My sister, mother and I have always had this issue. I ordered their Botanical Lash and Brow Enhancing Serum and WOW. I have eyelashes Thank you Contours Rx for developing this product. Within a week My eyelashes had begun to fill in nicely within two weeks I had long full Lashes I am so impressed. I tried all of the products on the market guaranteed to grow eyelashes and this has been the ONLY product that I have seen results from. Needless to say the whole family is using this product as well and I know what I will be getting as stocking stuffers for the holidays. I have tried many products from Contours Rx now and they are all great. The Dermal blades are great for trimming stray hairs in between eye brow waxing and haircuts. The tweezers are great for not only application of the strips but also for plucking hairs with their fine point ( I recommend buying the Combo Pack you save $5.00)Thank you Contours Rx for addressing the small flaws I had on my face and helping me regain my confidence. Your products have truly changed my life.

      BEWARE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! Purchased a $30 item, and had to pay $15 for shipping. Their website advertises a 30-Day money back guarantee. But you have to read the fine print that you only get money back guarantee when you exchange for store credit, otherwise there is a $10 fee for getting a refund. Plus, if you choose store credit you have to pay for shipping on the exchanged item, and if you decide you want a refund you have to pay to ship it back. LOTS of money spent on shipping, so that's how they get you. Beware.

The customer was not satisfied with the return fee that we charge. The return fee can be clearly viewed on our website and terms and conditions.       SCAM! Zero stars! They will finalize your order even if you get out of the site before final approval. They try to trick you into ordering on every page. THEN, you get an email stating that your order was placed, even though you get out of the site. Then, you email them to cancel and they want to charge you $10 to cancel. If you want to try it. CHECK AMAZON.

      These people are 100% scammers. I saw the ads for this product, thought I might give it a try. Began my order thru PayPal. At the bottom of each page of items they are trying to sell it states PLACE ORDER, just as it always does for PayPal orders. I suddenly got a negative feeling about this company and clicked out, back to google search. Never finalizing my order. The next day I received an order confirmation for this order that I never placed. I immediately sent an email to them stating I did not want it, how can I return. This is before I even received it. They informed me it is nonreturnable.If this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is. Don’t do it!

      They did not do what they claimed they would. I did not receive an email with return directions. I have not been able to return and I have not received a refund. This is useless garbage and I do not want it. Beware ordering from these small online companies with NO Customer Service.

      I would give them a minus rating here!! I ordered the product I wanted. Then you got directed to different products (upselling) where you have to put no I do not want several times. When the order is finally finished and once they receive your order wherever, they CHARGE you. Don’t expect it to be delivered because usps routed it to my home address but somehow it went back to FL!!! They have no explanation but they have my money!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME trying to call them either. Not to leave a message. They do not return any correspondence. I now have to dispute my credit card charges.

      I reviewed your account and I see that your original order was placed on March 13th for (1) box of 6MM LIDS BY DESIGN. 

      Your order was processed and shipped from our warehouse on March 15th via DHL, and was  tendered to **** for delivery on March 20th to the address provided at time of checkout.

      On March 20th, your order was tracked as "Out for Delivery" by **** to your address. 

      **** was unable to deliver to your address, and as a result, the package was marked "Unclaimed" and returned to our warehouse located in Georgia.

      As your order was shipped, processed through both DHL and ****, and unclaimed, we offered to reship your order at no cost as soon as possible.

      When an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, we are delighted to offer a reshipment at no cost once the order has been returned to our warehouse, or, a claim has been filed with the carrier.

      We received your request on April 20th for a refund for your order as an alternative to our reshipment offer.

      Our customer service team then responded on April 20th stating that a refund has been issued, however, shipping and handling fees of $6.95 cannot be refunded per our policy.

       

      Additionally, on April 20th, a voicemail was received from you. 

      On April 20th, a few hours following your voicemail, our customer service agent spoke with you on the phone.

      Our customer service agent offered a store credit of $15.00 to use towards your desired product, as well as a discount code to use on your purchase to reduce the total price.

      This if following your full refund of your original order, less shipping and handling.

      Once accepting our store credit offer, as well as your issued refund, an order was then placed over the phone with our agent for (1) box of 6MM LIDS BY DESIGN at a discounted cost (order placed with store credit + discount code).

      This order was shipped from our warehouse via DHL, and was marked delivered by **** to on April 26th.

       

      Please know that our customer service team strives to offer the best customer experience.

      As we understand that your experience was less than great, our team offered several options to find resolution, including speaking with you directly, where the resolution options were accepted.

      First, I want to say that I was skeptical at first. I have experienced severe hooding for many years and has always made me self conscious. I reached out to see if someone could help me identify which size would be best for me. I was offered exceptional care, and even a free consultation once I receive the product. I am very impressed with not only the product, but their customer service. Their team helped me properly apply the strips and I will never go a day without them!!       Ordered Lids by Design online. There was technical issues on their payment system and I decided to cancel but there appeared to be no place to do so. I logged out thinking payment will not go through. Found out, they charged my credit card without my authorization since I didn’t finish the transaction. I called the number listed online twice, and no one answered. I left voicemail messages. I received 2 email responses that said to the effect: “Your order is being processed. Try our product and you will like it.” Then I received an email notification more than a week later stating that “order is on the way.” The product didn’t work for me. I’m trying to return it and you can’t speak to anyone. I tried online to reach out to them. There are only two (2) options, namely: 1. Exchange Resolution 2. Store Credit It is tantamount to saying “returns not accepted”. In effect this is a scam. Online payment system not working correctly. Return policy is “exchange and return credit” only. Very unprofessional!

      Our team received your email, and voicemail on Monday, January 9th as your original email request was sent outside of business hours. On Monday, January 9th, your order had already been approved, and packaged to fulfill for shipment in our warehouse. At this time, we were unable to proceed with cancellation. 

      Our team contacted you on Monday, January 9th, and Tuesday, January 10th. We explained that we do encourage you to try the product, however, if you do not wish to keep the order, it can be returned to us. In addition, we offered solutions such as exchanges, and store credit.

      What a joke!!!!!!! This order was cancelled BEFORE it even shipped and they still charged me a $10 cancellation fee. No wonder there are so many complaints about these scammers. Live and learn but I had to pay the crooks $10 for the lesson!M.M.

      This product is a total scam. It is so visible when on eyelid. Secondly when using tweezers the part where the tweezers were used on strip does not stick to eye lid - it sticks out like a sore thumb. If you try using fingers you end up with creases in product which makes it even more visible. Im in Ireland and having read reviews from USA and Australia - this is a case of research before you buy as indicated by the reviews the company are scammers !!! Poststage is NOT free - you only discover this after purchase. Beware and please save your money. I have to assume any reviews above one star are affiliated with company. Shame on you Contours Rx. Btw I will be reviewing all over the Internet.

      Omg you're response proves my point exactly - you haven't addressed the issues regarding this product which is a "SCAM". You just want to talk about postage - WOW incredible - its no wonder you receive such disgraceful reviews - they are well earned !!!

      Ordered in error meaning was going to order than decided not to but the order went through. I tried applying them, they do not stick and their not for me as I'm not about that. Attempted to return but was told I purchased through a third party site which I did not and it said 30 day gaurantee however,now I'm being offered a store credit which I do not want. They are a scam and clearly need the money more than I do. I am reporting them because they are not true to their word, use false advertising and do not honor their return gaurantee.
