Paid this business for products a month and a half ago and the owner is still making excuses as to why he hasnt given me what I paid for or a refund and is now refusing to give me my money back and just not communicating.

      Business response

      10/27/2023

I asked the customer to send a transaction hash number, and he has not done so. I also asked about some items he ordered, and substitutes. I cannot proceed with order unless the customer replies to me directly.

      Better Business Bureau:

The business informed me of an email mess up, and immediately shipped me my order.  I appreciate the business for continuing to provide good customer service.

      Sincerely,

****** will take money from people and then not ship products. If you complain about this, he will post your personal information on his website and claim you're "guilty of credit card fraud". This is doxxing, and it is illegal. This business also sells illegal, illicit, and scheduled items in addition to legal items.https://www.heavenly-products.com/cart/create_account.php?osCsid=l99bpeu42jr4b95chiou7k75o3

This complaint is retaliatory from a customer who sent a partial payment only. He is now threatening legal action if I don't send the order. I have offered him a complete refund of what was already sent to me, but he is trying to blackmail me now  if I don't send the complete order for free. I will refund the amount he sent via check if he agrees to receive it. Nothing more, nothing less. I have tried to work this out but he is unwilling to accept the reimbursement.

      Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:

Provide proof of claim. To  be clear there is no blackmail taking place here by definition, I am simply attempting to resolve a scam by a shady company.

Customer confirms in below email that he is indeed threatening me and attempting to extort items for free. I have made it clear that customer only sent a partial payment and is attempting to coerce me for the balance of the amount due. Customer refuses to accept reimbursement for amount received. He mentions that if he doesn't receive the order with only the amount he already paid, he will harass me in any way he can. He has been consistently threatening me in emails, etc. He has refused to remedy this by accepting the partial payment he sent, so there is nothing I can do further on my end. It is my right to not have to do business with him if I don't want to. I don't want to deal with his negative energy and don't really understand what his desired outcome would be... in reality or the real world.

Are you threatening me that you will enforce legal action if I don't send you an item that has not been paid for in complete? I believe that is called blackmail..?

Okay, this has gone on long enough. I tried my best to work this out for you. Let me know if you want the check sent or not, I won't ask again.

I am rejecting this response because:

You continue to say "item for free" -- yet I have already paid you. You have conveniently left that part out of our email chain. I am simply trying to get the products I paid for. There is no harassment, and no "threats" other than things that I am well within my legal right to do (e.g. contact the BBB, contact the ******* SOS, and contact the ****** none of these are malicious "threats", they are my RIGHTS as someone who was SCAMMED by you).

You can whine and cry "blackmail" all you'd like, but you are WRONG. You have stolen money not only from me but from other people as well, and you publish the personal details of people whom you do not like on your website for all to see. This is a CRIME and it is baffling to me that you are not taking this more seriously.

The only result of this exchange will be you shipping me my products that I already paid for. I do not trust a personal check from a scammer, nor do I trust that you'd send any check for any correct amount at all.

Once again, BBB, this person is a liar, thief, scammer, and criminal.
