I ordered a product from Levels Performance on June 30th 2021 and was told by the owner/operator, Nik, it was "in stock and would ship in a week". After a couple months of no delivery I requested a cancellation of my order. After that they completely stopped responding to me for over 4 months. I called and emailed multiple times a week requesting a cancellation and refund. No response. Eventually in Feb of 2022, my order showed up but it did not fit my vehicle as the website described, and was missing necessary hardware that the website also said was included. I have been trying to reach them to return the item, but they have not responded to any email, phone call, text message, instant message, etc.. I want to return the item (that I tried to cancel for months to begin with) and get my money back.
