I no longer an requiring use of the account services and I am looking to get what’s left of a balance credited back to myself. They have told me that the only way I can get my balance back is if I transfer that to another persons account and on that persons good will I could ask for the balance I credited their account. I’m not comfortable at all without asking somebody to pay me out of their pocket on their own goodwill. I believe the company should refund me. I was a customer of theirs for three years paid into the services and now I no longer need it. It’s $14.85 it’s a little bit ridiculous to meBusiness response

**** ******** has not reached out to RepScrubs to inquire about a refund of the $14.45, however, had she done so we would've been able to discuss refunding the remaining balance.
**** has not used the account since 8/12/2022 and will receive the refund of the $14.45 that is remaining in the account.
