We hired this company to find and fix a water leak. The guy that showed up to our house never searched for the leak he said it was under a tree/shrub in our front yard and they would need to replace the line from the meter to my house. They quoted us $2100 to do so and stated they needed $250 down in order to come outthe next day. The company replaced the line and charged us $2150 for a total of $2350 (which wasnt agreed upon). When I got home from work my sprinkler system didn't work. We called the company who sent a guy out who dug 3 big holes in my yard and left because we didn't pay them more money. The guy also said they would have to bust my driveway up to try and find where the irrigation line connects to the old water line. Within 5 minutes of me retracing the old waterline I found the old connection point. For $20 I had enough supplies to connect the irrigation line to the new water line only to discover that the shut off to the sprinkler system was leaking (not under the tree as the company stated) I bought a new shut off and fixed the issue. Upon looking all the supplies that they needed for the job were under $100. I also found sections of the new pipe that were buried only 3" deep. Per code waterline need to be buried at a depth 6" below frost line. We attempted several times to reclaim some of our money but we were ignored and told they are not an irrigation company and I was told we had a leak, they put a new line in, and the leak stopped. However they were supposed to find the original leak and fix it. Which they did not. And I had to not only find the leak and fix it but I'm also out $2350 for a job that wasn't done correctly.
