We bought a water system almost 3 years ago and at first heard from other people that we paid to much. We had just had our first baby and I wanted the cleanest water possible and the least chemicals in our house. Everything worked great for the first 2 yrs., until it didn't. You can tell when the thing isn't purifying the water like it should, so we called and they came out to fix it. It worked fine until about 2 weeks ago and we had to call again. The next morning they sent out a service manager who said he couldn't fix whatever was wrong so he left, my wife called me and was pissed. The guy came back in the afternoon with another guy in tow, and they debated as they took it apart and took pictures. After an hour of messing around with it, they told my wife they were replacing the whole system with a brand new one and sending ours back to the manufacturer and it was covered under our lifetime warranty. I was blown away(still am), we did pay $150 service call charge but they did include a salt fill and gave us a $100 credit toward any of our future organic soap orders. I rarely take time to comment on companies, but I am rarely surprised in a good way these day.

I’m very happy about our system. I never drank the house water in any house we’ve lived in because I was always worried about it. With this system I only drink the house water now and I am glad that it is running through the whole house. Everyone that came out was super professional and they were actually able to Install the same day.

They LIED!!! we NEVER received our gift card! FALSE ADVERTISING1 We had them out to the house on January 5th, 2023 to give us an analysis on our water, as we had just moved in. The tech John Adams showed up on time, and was here for almost 2 hours. We were ask at time of appointment to select a gift card of our choosing and we choose *****, and we have yet to receive as of this review - January 30th. Both my husband and I have reached out and left numerous messages and emails with NO RESPONSE. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!!!!

This review is False Advertising. We did not lie. We have spoken with you (more than once this week) and even corresponded by email on 1/31/23 and informed you that it was being mailed on 2/2/23 (today).

We purchased a water softener system from this company in June of 2022. Since that time it has stopped working three or four times. Each time we call the service number, which is never answered, and leave a detailed message. No call back, ever. We started using the Emergency number and after three to five messages we would get a return call. The technician comes and get us back online until the next time it fails and we start this cycle all over again. They have the worst customer service we have ever encountered. I would never recommend them. If it was possible to leave negative falling stars we would. Sure wish we had looked them up on the BBB before purchasing. a 2.24 out of 5? They ought to be ashamed and embarrassed.

I share your frustration. Our records show that every call you made to our office (after hours) were indeed returned the next business day. They also show that you did not answer those calls. The Emergency number is for after hours emergency services (not routine services). In an effort to better service your individual needs and schedule we are now communicating with you via email starting the date of this review. You have had 1 service call (not 3 or 4) since the unit was installed which was for a dead battery, which unfortunately happens.

We had a softener system installed this past April. We were told this system would cover the entire house and that we wouldn't need a separate drinking purification system. We bought the lie hook, line and sinker. We just had our water tested by a reputable company and our water tested terribly. None of the chemicals from fertilizer are being taken out. The only thing it was doing is taking out chlorine. Big price for nothing. Also, it's solar operated and that quit working. Now we are stuck making payments on this over priced system that doesn't do what we were told. We don't recommend them at all

I am sorry for your bad experience with the unnamed "reputable company" trying to sell you additional equipment you don't need. These companies go behind reputable companies like ours (we have an A+ rating with the BBB) and do fake tests trying to scare you into additional equipment. I certainly hope the "reputable company" did not tell you there are chemicals from fertilizer in your municipal water supply (that is a lie)! As far as the system not working, we have no records showing you have ever called here for service (888-843-6835). The screen is unlit to save power, if you press any button the system will "wake up".

Of course, this could have been explained with a phone call to our office (888-843-6835) instead of going straight to a public forum.

I am in the process of moving further north in Florida, from Gainesville to Lamont, just southwest of Monticello. I left a message with ***** (Water Treatment Systems) also know as Genesis Environmental Technologies detailing my pending move and date.

I was called by a lady named Delores this morning and she told me that they don't have coverage up there but that they would package it up for me for $200.

When I purchased this system, I was under the impression I was dealing with honest, forthright people. I had been told when they were selling me the system, that they would move it for me one time (for free was my understanding). Of course, now Delores tells me I was mistaken. As a law enforcement officer for 48 years I can proudly say I am very adept at remembering what someone says or does. I know I am not mistaken.

Nonetheless, I will never do business with this company again and I will tell anyone to bypass their business as well. If you can't stand by your word, your business is a non-entity to me from that point on.

I knew I should have just bought a Whirlpool system from Lowes like I had before.

No wonder the finance guy could have all the fancy jewelry, making the money they make off the system and hard-working people.

I apologize for your misinterpretation. Although there is a charge, we would have gladly moved the system for you within our service territory. Unfortunately, Lamont, FL is several hours outside of our area.
