I have spoken with C-Sharpe about my sliding glass doors Leaking at Shoreline Towers, before and after install. I missed the deadline, because of no returned calls and texts from 2 or 3 different management companies. I pointed out to 5 people that there was no caulk on outside of storm doors. It took workers 3 days to fix it. I asked for a pressure test, THEY SAID NO. Because I had so much water come in from the old doors, I bought hurricane screens. I was assured by old management & C-Sharpe (before new doors were installed) they would put the hooks back where they were. I understand that they can't because of a beam being put in the place where my hurricane screens were attached. After the beam install I should have been consulted, they should have put them back to the original design, because there is no way to use my hurricane screens. They also moved my doors closer to the rail, leaving no way to clean the seep holes. Before new doors we had 15 to 17 inches to rail now we have 6 or 7 inches. You can see how close the doors are to the rail (in floor water pictures) After new doors were put up, the first storm my floor was saturated, (picture was 3 days) after the storm. There were stains on floor showing dried marks from other rains.Video of water gurgling in tracks is from a guest I have staying now, that he just sent me from only a rain (see video) Because of quality of work we were getting, we asked one of the workers how much they were paid, he said $600 wk if they worked Sat too. We were told by C-Sharpe if we came over again, our condo would be last to be finished, we explained that we had signed a release form. He said he did not care to GET OUT This sounds like a THREAT to me. I think for approximately a $25 to $30 Million Job, you should get quality workmanship. They Need To Move My Doors Back to the Original Place They Were When The Building Was Built and Replace The Bedroom Sliding Glass Doors, that I Actually Paid For That They Did Not Replace.
