We hired Masterpro after our home flooded due to hurricane sally. We paid over ***** for restoration and renovation. Our balance was paid in full on July 30, 2021 with the promise of completing repairs within a couple of weeks. We have incomplete trim, missing outlet covers with wires exposed (we have a 9month old on the move and have expressed this concern many times) our front door does not have privacy glass as we requested, kitchen faucet was broken by workers and has not been repaired, paint touch up, gaps between doors and threshold from new door installation.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/09) */ We're working on scheduling the completion of these remaining punch list items. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/12/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) THey have been telling us for 4.5 months that they are going to get us scheduled. They have someone show up for an hour, do a few things on the punch list and then we don't see them for weeks. It's completely unacceptable and "we are working to get them scheduled" is not sufficient. The job needs to be scheduled and completed.
