      I was a patient at this clinic between April 24,2023 and May 24,2023. I had 11 Chiropractic adjustmants during that time . Everytime I came to that office , I had to pay them $32.50 even thought I have ******** and AARP UHC plan G which pays 100% of my visits which I explained. They told me I had to pay the money anyway. They participate with ******** too.I finally called ******** and and ******** said they were not to charge me the **-pay. I called the office and asked for my money back. I t was May 25th when I asked for a refund an they told me 10 days. Never got a check so I had to call ******** and UHC again for help and now its the the end of June and the sent me a check for $58.48 which is $300 short of what they owe me. I would like all my ** -pay money returned and I'm not cashing that check until they refund my money.

      I am rejecting this response because: they told me they are billing for "traction" which I certainly don't remember having done and my husband was with me and says was never done. If this was done then they should have billed it. They had no problem billing for an initial visit or xray that were an uncovered expense which I paid for out of picked. I may have been in a lot of pain and out it but my husband clearly remembers that the $32.50 was billed specifically as a copay.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I clearly don't remember anyone telling me the first day that I was being billed for that copay for traction and my copay. Even **** doesn't remember that. Also, you billed ******** for my initial visit and xrays which were not covered so why wasn't the traction not billed either and why now? 

      So to say you don't bill for things ******** doesn't pay, is not true since you billed for my initial visit xrays which I knew was not covered but not the traction since that was not brought up. I would have remembered that. 

      I'm done. Don't call me
