On July 14,2023 I placed an order(#*****) for a dinette set a table, four chairs and two barstools. A deposit of $2000.00 was paid by credit card to Dinettes unlimited ********************************************************************- telephone number ************. This order included free delivery. I have called them four times to see when I could expect delivery which was suppose to take **** weeks. They call me on Friday Sept 8,2023 and informed me that there is a delay because they were just informed by the manufacturer that they ran out of fabric for the chairs and apologize that they werent informed by the manufacturer beforehand. Dinettes unlimited is now telling me that they expect the set to be sent to them by the week of October 23,2023 and it will take approximately one week for them to receive the shipment. I feel this order was never placed and had I not called they probably wouldve never informed me of this error. Please reassure me that this company is reliable and trustworthy I have been without a dining room since I placed that order on July 14, 2023. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. I would like to have this set before Thanksgiving Dinner this year. Dinettes Unlimited is a small, local family business that has been serving ******* since 1976. The ******** store has been in the same location for all 47 years. We do apologize for the delay in your order & I can assure you you will have it in your home for Thanksgiving. Upon receiving this complaint we did reach out to the supplier & the new ETA is now week of October 10th. As soon as we have your furniture we will reach out to you & schedule your FREE delivery. Again, we apologize for the delay & we look forward to delivering your product.

I received the dining room and the 2 bar stools yesterday and they are gorgeous. Mint condition, delivered properly. ***** took over and made sure all went well. Very happy and complaint can be closed as satisfied.
