On Jan 22, 2022 I paid $349.99 for a service through Hunting Locator to find a parcel of land for hunting/recreation purposes. This business finds properties for individuals who are interested in leasing land for said purposes. The fee I paid was for a guarantee that they would find a parcel of land that I would have the option to lease within 30 days or they would refund my money. I never received any notifications or options for land/leases during the 30 day period. I have asked multiple times for a refund and have yet to receive it. I have emailed and left voice messages to no avail.Business response

The main issue was the customer set up the account with an email typo. This made locating the very account difficult. This typo also kept the customer from receiving the results they were paying our company to produce for them. Once I was finally able to locate the account, it had already been put into a dispute. Once it's been put into dispute status, my hands are tied as far as issuing an immediate refund. I was able to "accept" the dispute and the customer was refunded the entire amount. I have attached our email communication. Ultimately the customer was taken care of. He became upset with the time it took for me to locate the correct account. It did take time because neither he nor I new what email typo he accidently entered to begin with. I had to track that down and then check the proper channels for usage. I kept in contact with him the entire time and repeatedly thanked him for his patience. And again, he was refunded the full amount.
