They are a complete joke my husband found property that appeared to be available for lease. Paid the ****** for the annual premium membership only to find out that the property was leased. I have emailed them and they have not replied yet. On top of that the contact person listed on the property is not the owner according to the *** Map. Totally scam. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR ANYTHING!!! TOTAL SCAM. Leases are fake, you have to pay a monthly subscription just to "contact" the land owners...but you never actually contact anyone...just a scam sounding voicemail every time you call. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES OR CONSUMER PROTECTION BUREAU. No telling how much money they have stolen from people. STAY AWAY. TAKE YOUR HUNTING BUSINESS TO OUTDOOR ACCESS. Honestly, you would be better off just using FB Marketplace. Probably less likely to get scammed out of money and time.Review from Al R

This is a complete scam. They advertise all these properties and when you pay to access the full services with a premium membership. All the properties are already leased. They will not answer the phone or an email. Stay away.

This customer initially contacted our company via phone and email on a Sunday (Oct. 22nd). We are a small, family business and we do not work over the weekend. This is why, as stated in his review, no one answered the phone or responded to his email on a Sunday.
When I came back into the office the next day (Monday), I responded to his email, in the order that it was received. That communication is below for your reference:

We suggest the Free Trial initially because it allows you to view the most current lease status. You can then make an informed decision as to whether you would like to move forward with a paid membership and the ability to contact land owners.
I have cancelled your membership today and issued you a full refund.
I suggest checking back often as we have 5-9 new leases added to our website daily.
I have refunded your membership fee of $149.99.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process and credit back to your account.
Please let me know if I can help you further and I will be happy to do that.

*****As you can see from the above email, I explained to the customer the best way to experience our website, in the future, BEFORE signing up for a paid membership. I then refunded him in FULL and let him know that he could contact me again should he need any further assistance.
This customer was helped and refunded within a very reasonable time. He emailed me at 11:00pm at night on a Sunday. I responded in less than 24 hours, at 3:42pm.
We have ***** customers and it takes a little bit to respond to all email but I do make sure I respond within the day. We have no desire to retain funds if the customer has not helped or is not satisfied with our service.
He was fully refunded and his account was closed.

To piggy back off Neal E: "Terrible company do not let me trick you , they advertise all these leases online and when you go to join they are all taken.... Bait and switch , this company needs to be shut down .... I wish they had a zero star to pick for these scammers" If you do decide to sign up for the 7 day trial, (which I dont recommend you waste your time) make sure you get complete confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled. I cancelled mine within 3 days, and still was charged $29.99 (2) months in a row even after speaking with them after the first month of being wrongfully charged. Not to mention, obviously the personnel leasing out do not even use them, because I couldn't find anything worth $29.99 on the site.Review from Neal E

I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. I started with a 7 day free trial looking for a hunting lease only to find out I had to pay for their service. I gave my credit card and they have been charging me $29.99 a month ever since. Even after setting up my account I couldn't access it (changed passwords etc.). I reached out to them and they never corrected it. They just kept charging my card. I told them I wanted to cancel my account. I just noticed this week that they are still billing me. I've called them several times but they don't answer. They did text me today saying they would only refund me for one month. Their website guarantees they will find you a lease in 30 days or it's free. They have not done anything of the sort.Review from Chanceler T

I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 3 days now . I spent 100 dollars I cannot get into my email at all no one will call me back or email me I wish someone would because thats a lot of money to not be able to get into your account.Review from Carl B

This company has a scam built into their business. They guarantee that if you pay them $349 they will find you 3 leases that meet your criteria. They also state that an employee will contact you within 24 hours of paying this $349 fee. This is a lie. No one from the company will contact you, they will not answer the phone, nor will they respond to an email. They take your money and never provide the service they advertise. I would not recommend Hunting Locator to anyone.
