I was charged for two months of service for $600 but my service was never active, the facebooks ads never went live but they still charged me for two months.Business response

Mr ****** will be released from his contract with Dealers United. Dealers United will refund $300 via check and will not dispute the chargeback filed by Mr ******. Mr ****** will remove the negative review posted on Facebook and will close this case with the BBB.
