I ordered one item of Keto gummies and no subscription. I was billed for gummies and a digestive supplement which I did not want and did not order. I called customer service and was refunded half my money. Then, I was billed again this month after I put in writing that I wanted no subscription nor any more of these products. I called customer service and they hung up on me twice. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company. This company should not be in business.Keto Blast Response

They are a true Scam! Charged me more than they advertised, will not live up to their money back guarantee! They owe me almost $300! When I call I always get disconnected! How do I get my money back?I sent the items back! They have items and my $300!!!!! HELP!!!Keto Blast Response

I had ordered the product the first time and was $198 and had gotten that issue resolved but now they are charging me $129.21 for this same product when I didnt order this product and after the issue I had last time I told them to order the automatic reorder and they didnt do that but wants to charge me $129.21 when I did not order it and now I am trying to get my money back.Keto Blast Response

TOTAL SCAM. I was told the first two bottles would cost $39.99 and have been charged $199.88. In small print on email confirmation they send, it says you signed up for re-occurring order. The email landed in my junk mail so I never saw it. It took me several months to figure out what the charges where for, and how to stop them. I have no recourse to retrieve the $600 because I had 30-days to return. There is nothing in the package that tells you how to stop shipments or where they come from. DON'T DO THIS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!.Review from Caitlin W

Total scam and stealing from people's wallet. I selected to buy one bottle of the gummies and told a completely different price than what I was charged then I was double charged and then they added more cleansing bottles I said no to charged me $50 for that. I tried sending everything back but with no way of contacting no numbers or email. I was NEVER asked to subscribe and then just this week was charged another $120 for gummies I did not want or elect to be charged for or elect to subscribe to. Meaning the charge was cancelled before it got settled through your debit/credit card account and the hold should drop within a business day or until the process has been completed.

SCAM!! I purchased these from the Premium Blast website- just 3 bottles, which there was a starter special price on. After receiving and trying, I came to the conclusion that these are not only complete BS but also taste horrible. While many companies offer subscription services for vitamins, etc.,-- I made sure that I did select subscription choice and that this would not be a recurring purchase/charge to my card. The following month, 3 additional bottles showed up at my house. No email notification that anything was charged to my card, no shipment confirmation, nothing. Since I did not order these, I immediately emailed customer service to try and rectify this. After almost a month of not response, I finally called. At that point, apparently now a THIRD shipment was already in route to me with 3 additional bottles that I was charged for without my knowledge or consent. After a very lengthy and confusing customer service conversation, I was told that once I receive this 3rd shipment, I must label it as "Return to sender" and give it right back to the post office. Half of the total price would be refunded that day and the remaining half when they receive the 3 bottles back. Now a month after that had received the USPS returned to sender (which I tracked), still no refund so I call back. After another long and almost incoherent customer service call, I am now informed that I am not receiving a refund for the second half of the billed amount but rather they now have to charge me a "restocking fee" of $5 per bottle for any returned product. Regardless that I never ordered it in the first place and the shipment was their error, I now wasn't even able to be properly refunded due to their incompetence. I do NOT recommend purchasing this product or anything else this company may also manufacture. Not only are these completely inefficacious, but their customer service and backend logistics are abhorrent.Review from Karen M

SCAM!!!!! This company is in need of dire consequences for stealing thousands of dollars from its customers!! In July of 2022, I initiated an order that I thought was a steal of a deal, but in trying to find out exactly how much the order would cost me before purchasing, I somehow unknowingly completed the order which ended up being over $200 for 6 bottles. Their purchasing process should be illegal since there was no order summary or charge details before purchase. I also did not receive an official invoice with order details. I never received my products, so after multiple emails, and three phone calls, I was able to secure an $80 refund, but still expected them to reship the products I paid for and didn't receive. That was over 6 months ago and still no products, so now, an entire year later, after another couple of phone calls, I demanded the rest of my refund and no reshipment of the products. I am done! We will see if they follow through, but I will definitely not be ordering Keto Blast anything in the future. Somebody shut them down!!!!
