Hired them to repair my irrigation system. they came out four times and the system still doesn't work. Paid them $2000.00 less than 3 years ago for a new pump and system that is still under warranty. The owner says she will not send anyone back out to repair the issue. During the past 90 days they have sent me two bills totaling almost $400.00. I have asked repeatedly for them to fix the system or return my payment.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/11) */ We installad a new well pump w/3 year warranty for Mr. **** 11/27/18 and did not receive any request for a service call until Oct 2021 @ which time we installed a new pressure switch. Mr. **** kept repeatedly calling saying his pump was bad and wanted warranty. We made repeated visits and each time determined the pump was functioning properly. At our last visit, we did extensive trouble shooting and determined there was an electrical wiring issue totally unrelated to us that was affecting the pumps performance. Even though it was not our responsibilty, we made the necessary wiring repairs and the pump was working perfectly with great pressure. Mr. **** refused to pay our invoice in full and said he would only pay $160.00. In January he claimed his system was not working again at which time we determined it was better not to work with Mr. **** due to him being incredibly argumentive and we felt we had met our obligation of his pump working on our visit 12/17/21. When we left the property that day, the system was working perfectly. It is more than coincidence that Mr. **** didn't have any issues until just before the 3 year warranty was up. We take pride in standing behind our work but also take pride in not giving away free things to underserving people.
