I began getting invoices from this company a few years ago. I immediately called and shared that I had never hired this company nor have I had services with them.I was told "okay please disregard". Sporadically I have gotten invoices throughout the years where I would immediatelycall and be told the samething or even worse "there's nothing we can do."Today I got a notification that they have placed a collection. I immediatelycall the company where I am again told pretty much "oh well, nothing we can do".Yes, I can dispute and will as I did NOT hire them, did NOT get services and have NEVER signed a contract for services. I have never been a client of theirs.When I asked for what basis did they start service (ie a contract) I was told "we do not have contracts". So that makes me wonder, does this company have shady practices wherethey select random people tocharge with no contract?Wish this company would've done the right thing in the first place.Business response

I moved from my home. I canceled my service with next level turf three years ago. At the time they had called me after I moved and I kept telling them I did not live in the home anymore. They continue to try to collect money from applying to the lawn, and I told them that was not my home and that I had closed on the home and sold it. I have been contacted by collector for a bill is I moved for $124 and I was not living in the home. Just as I shut off my electricity canceled my pest contract did all those things and advised of billing. I told them and they did not listen. I am being harassed by a bill collector. This is unfair business practice. The bill collectors answered to me was who did you speak with the cancel the contract on the phone? How would I know after so many years ago? Its a shakedown to get more money out of someone who moves and cancels Not fair to consumers They were well paid and on time when I was in the home.Business response

After reviewing the account, NLT will make right by adjusting the account accordingly. We have removed it also from the collections agency and put the account in good standing.
We didn't have any records of cancellation, but with reviewing public records, we were able to determine the home in fact did sell in ************************************************** 2022 - which ************** was no longer the owner.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have endured and have made it right
